Using InnerWeek
InnerWeek is for personal journaling and reflection. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of your journal content. You permit InnerWeek and its service providers to process it only as needed to store, sync, and generate reflections you request.
AI reflections
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is a reflection aid and is not medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice. Do not rely on it for professional decisions.
Availability
We work to keep InnerWeek available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product improves.
Ending your account
You may permanently delete your account and associated journal data from Settings. You may stop using the service at any time.
